Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, wallets, etc.).

Exchanges
