At LumiVista, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and stress-free.

Return Window

You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Product must not be damaged by misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Raise a Return

  1. WhatsApp us at our support number with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours
  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (free of charge)

Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the product
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund immediately β€” no questions asked.
